RETURN POLICY
  • No refunds. Exchanges only for damaged products.

  • As each item is specifically printed on demand when ordered, returning said product is not feasible.

  • If item is damaged, please photograph and give a brief explanation as to the damage within 48 hours upon delivery.

  • Please send an email with photos and explanation of the damage to: hello@jameelhaiat.com

  • Please let us know if you would like the same item as a replacement or an alternative one in its place (must be same product type, same size and same value).

  • We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your information.
